2013 Portfolio Review Recap

For our 2013 Student Portfolio Review, we decided to change up the format a bit by bringing the students out of the classroom and into an agency setting. Our good friends at Foerstel were kind enough to host students and review their portfolios. Big thanks to the students who took the initiative to get their work reviewed, and the designers at Foerstel for taking time out of their day to help those students refine their work.

From the folks at Foerstel:

We were flattered that the group was interested in visiting our design studio and learning about our efforts towards a more sustainable future. The students’ work was well presented, innovative and very promising, and we hope they will all find a place where they can thrive professionally. As one of our creative directors, Mark Curtis, put it: “It is always refreshing to meet with enthusiastic students who are eager to make their mark on the design world. The entire group we encountered was polite, prepared, and focused on what we had to say. I think more events like this would benefit not only students, but agencies as well.”
